When you've known someone for 38 years you form a bit of a strong bond. My best mate Ben decided he was so fascinated by beards and beard oil that he would venture into the craft of oil making and I was all in from the beginning. And so Slicks was born. Being on a project from its inception is truly valuable. Especially given the helm to creatively direct as you choose. Which is how this project flowed. Of course a tonne of aspect was provided by Ben as he crafted his perfect brand with my guidance. And herein lies the magic.
